For those who like to eat well, but at the same time want to do without gravity in the stomach, we recommend preparing a juicy pizza with vegetables. The bright colors of the filling so excite the appetite that no one will wait until the pizza cools down. An unusual recipe diversifies the family menu.

Ingredients for the preparation of dough:

  • dry yeast (2 tsp without a slide);
  • flour (2 full glasses and a little more for rolling out the dough);
  • salt and sugar for 0.5 tsp;
  • 2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil (preferably cold pressed and odorless).

Filling ingredients for vegetable pizza:

  • 3 medium tomatoes;
  • onion 1 pc.;
  • pepper bulgarian 2 pieces.;
  • garlic with 2-3 cloves;
  • cheese (150 g);
  • fresh parsley;
  • salt and pepper to taste.

Pizza with vegetables

Stages of preparation:

  1. First, prepare the dough: yeast and sugar pour into warm water, when a lush foam appears, add salt and oil. Sift all the flour into the liquid and knead the dough. Leave for 15 minutes.

  2. One of the three tomatoes to turn with a fork in mashed potatoes (beaten with boiling water, peeled and suppressed), the rest cut into slices.

  3. For juicy filling, fry onion with garlic until ready, season with tomato puree. If desired, salt and pepper.

  4. Cut the washed peppers into thin strips.

  5. Roll out the dough, lay out the vegetable mixture, spread the pepper and cover everything with grated cheese.

In a preheated oven to 200 degrees, place a pan with pizza. Bake for 8 minutes. After sprinkling with parsley leaves and with an appetite to eat.
