Pizza, cooked directly in a frying pan, will turn out fragrant and tasty. Even if you are ready to bake day and night, still try this simple way of cooking. Dough for pizza in a frying pan can be prepared from the simplest ingredients and dispensed altogether without yeast.

Ingredients for a quick test:

  • flour (4 tbsp.);
  • eggs (1 piece);
  • soda (1/2 tsp) or baking powder;
  • sour cream (2 tbsp.);
  • mayonnaise (2 tbsp.).

How to cook deliciously and quickly?

Preparation of the test and filling will take no more than 10 minutes, for baking - another 15 minutes.

Dough:

  1. In a large bowl, beat the eggs (with a fork or a halo).
  2. Mix the sour cream and mayonnaise, add to the bowl.
  3. Add soda (extinguished with vinegar) or 5-6 g of baking powder.
  4. Add flour, stirring thoroughly.

Filling:

  1. Cut into thin pieces of meat (for example, smoked bacon, balyk, hunting sausages, salami or simply boiled sausage).
  2. Shred fresh Bulgarian pepper, plates of tomato and olives.
  3. Grate the cheese.

On a hot frying pan, oiled, pour the dough consistency thick cream. Lubricate the top with ketchup, evenly spread out the filling and cover with cheese. Under the closed lid, cook pizza for 15 minutes. Bon Appetit!
