To prepare a dough, you need to stock up:

  • 1 glass of warm water;
  • 1 teaspoon of salt;
  • 3 tbsp. spoons of sugar;
  • 1 packet of dry yeast (you can limit 1/2, but the base will be longer to approach);
  • 6 tbsp. tablespoons of sunflower oil;
  • 2-3 glasses of flour.

To prepare the base, you must dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water, add sunflower oil, salt and flour. The resulting mass should resemble a dough for pancakes, starting to peel off the sides of the bowl and the surface of the spoon.

Leave the dough to come in a warm place for 20-30 minutes, if you do not have that much time, you can cook immediately after the bubbles appear.
