A fragrant Italian pie with a crispy crust and juicy filling is a favorite dish for thousands of families. But yeast dough is not the only option for making a tasty snack. If you want to cook a delicious «Ukrainian», «Milan» or another pizza quickly and without wasting any extra effort, the ideal option would be to make yogurt. Such a base for the cake is soft, delicate and crispy at the edges.
To make kefir dough you need to take:
- kefir (1 cup);
- flour (2.5 cups);
- vegetable oil (10 ml);
- egg (1 piece);
- salt (1/3 tsp);
- soda (1/3 tsp).
Cooking pizza on kefir dough
To get the perfect cake in a deep bowl, mix the dry ingredients (flour, salt, soda). In another bowl, mix the kefir, egg, vegetable oil.
In the resulting liquid mixture, gradually pour the flour mass until a homogeneous consistency is obtained. It is very important to saturate the billet with air, so it should not be kneaded for too long. The mass turns out to be quite sticky and it is more convenient to lay it on a baking tray with hands greased with vegetable oil.
The form also needs to be well lubricated, and then stretched the cake to a uniform thickness. Dough on kefir, generously sprinkled with cheese and favorite stuffing, send to the oven in 20-25 minutes to enjoy an appetizing dish.
