Each of us has long chosen his ideal recipe, but, sometimes, he wants to “refresh”. And then, mini-pizzas in the form of boats come to the rescue, which will be an excellent substitute for the standard round shape.

Ingredients (for preparing 4 servings):

  • wheat flour - 400 g;
  • water - 200 ml;
  • olive oil - 2 tbsp. l .;
  • dry yeast - 10 g;
  • sausage - 60 g;
  • tomatoes - 1 pc .;
  • cheese (durum) - 80 g;
  • onions - ½ pcs .;
  • ketchup - 4 tsp;
  • Provencal herbs and salt - to taste.

Stages of cooking:

  1. Before you begin, make sure that you have all the necessary products listed above.
  2. Sift the flour (preferably several times) and add a little salt to it.
  3. Pour in the right amount of olive oil.
  4. Measure out 10 g of dry yeast and mix all ingredients thoroughly.
  5. Heat the water to 90 ° and mix the products thoroughly again.
  6. Now, knead the dough.
  7. Cover it with a towel or napkin and leave for half an hour in a warm place.
  8. Onions cut into half rings of medium thickness.
  9. Chop the tomatoes so that the pieces fit freely on the boat.
  10. In the same way, prepare the sausage.
  11. By this time, the dough will have time to rise. Divide it into equal 4 parts and roll each of them to a diameter of 20 cm.
  12. From the basics of the resulting form the boat. To do this, alternately twist the dough from two opposite sides, and then fasten it well to the sides.
  13. Cover the baking sheet with parchment paper and grease with vegetable oil. Transfer all dough blanks to it.
  14. Spread the sides of each base so that you get mini pizzas in the shape of boats.
  15. Inside, grease them with ketchup.
  16. Distribute the sausage and onion in advance evenly over the base.
  17. Grate the cheese on a fine grater and sprinkle over the sandwiches.
  18. Put the tomatoes, sprinkle them with Provencal herbs.
  19. Put the baking tray with the boats in the oven (preheated to 180 °) for 20 minutes.
  20. Your mini pizzas are ready!
