They love pizza for the unique taste of tomato sauce, stretching cheese and a variety of flavors. There are hundreds of the most unexpected recipes of this dish: from the classic pizza “4 seasons” to the rather peculiar Turkish variation “Lahmacun”. But, in this article we will talk about the most simple and inexpensive recipe with melted cheese.

Ingredients:

  • yeast dough - 300 g;
  • boiled sausage / ham (optional) - 100 g;
  • onions - 1 pc .;
  • tomatoes - 2-3 pcs .;
  • melted cheese - 2 pcs .;
  • mayonnaise, salt and black pepper - to taste.

Stages of cooking:

  1. Prepare all the ingredients.
  2. Put the yeast dough on the surface sprinkled with flour. Roll it into a thin cake. The diameter of the base obtained should be about 40 cm, and the thickness - 1 cm. Sprinkle a baking sheet with a small amount of flour and transfer the dough onto it. Leave in a warm place.
  3. Cut ham / sausage into thin slices.
  4. Peeled onions cut into thin rings.
  5. Cut the processed cheese into thin slices.
  6. Peel the tomatoes and whisk them with a blender or mash with a fork, pepper and salt to taste.
  7. Spread mayonnaise evenly over the base in a thin layer. Then cover the cake with already prepared tomato sauce.
  8. Lay out a layer of ham / sausage, onion and cheese alternately.
  9. Bake the pizza for 30-40 minutes in the oven preheated to 220 ° C.
