Ingredients: for the dough, take dry yeast 2 tsp, sugar 1 tbsp, 250 ml of warm water, olive oil 1 tbsp, 350 g of flour. For the filling, take 2 onions, 2 tomatoes, 2 cloves of garlic, 1 colmar, 100 g of olives, 120 g of mozzarella, 50 g of greens.

To prepare the dough, dissolve the yeast in water according to the recipe on their packaging. Add olive oil and sugar to the remaining water, mix with yeast and pour in flour. Knead the dough and leave it in a warm place for 15 minutes.

For the filling, chop the onion and squid into rings, the tomatoes - into slices, chop the garlic. Cut the olives in half. Roll out the base, put on it tomatoes, garlic, onions, squids, olives, pour with olive oil and put the mozzarella. Send the blank to the oven, heated to 200 degrees, for 15-20 minutes.
