Fresh seafood is always tasty and healthy. They prepare light, appetizing dishes, including pizza. For the first time it began to be cooked in Italy - a place where fish and seafood are the main product in the kitchen.
It is interesting that in Italian cuisine there are two types of pizza, which are classified as “seafood”: Pizza alla marinara and Frutti di mare. Pizza Marinara, based on the sound of its name, can be taken for a dish with seafood, but it is not. It rather relates us to the sailors and their romantic, long voyages. In ancient times, sailors, sailing, took with them only those products that are able to be stored for a long time. For the preparation of pizza Marinara used a special sauce based on tomatoes and a large amount of garlic. It was very sharp, so it was kept for a long time, which was in the hands of the sailors. That is why the product received such a name - somewhat associated with the sea, but not indicating the content of seafood. - tomatoes 1 pc;
- mozzarella cheese 150 g;
- Parmesan 50 g;

Virtually any pizza: 4 seasons, with a sea cocktail prepared in no more than 30 minutes and served hot, so you can cook it right before lunch or dinner.
To prepare, defrost the dough, if it is on the yeast, leave it in a warm place for it to rise. Then roll out the round cake, fold the small sides, brush with olive oil and cover with a napkin.
Next, proceed to the preparation of the filling. Boil sea cocktail for 2-3 minutes. Then cut the ingredients into medium sized pieces.
Chop the onion, mix with the wine vinegar and marinate for 15 minutes.
To make you need tomato sauce. If you have time and desire, you can cook it yourself. To do this, remove the skin from the tomatoes, stew them in a pan to a state of mashed potatoes, add spices to taste. Also, a simpler option is suitable - ketchup or tomato paste from the store.
Cover the tomato paste with the base of the dough, put the seafood cocktail, cut the tomatoes into rings and lay them on top, sprinkle with pickled onions, cut the mozzarella and spread on the top of the stuffing. Parmesan grate and sprinkle with the cake. Preheat oven to 200 degrees and send the blank to it for 20 minutes.
To serve, cut the pizza into an even number of pieces; you can serve it with white wine.
