FOREST MUSHROOM PIZZA
Pizza is a favorite dish of millions of people. It has an infinite number of types, variants of fillings and dough recipes. Some are fans of pizza «4 seasons», others will not exchange the classic «Margarita» for anything. If you are still in search of the perfect recipe, we suggest you try the original version with wild mushrooms.
To prepare the dough, you will need:
- wheat flour - 175 g (+/- 20 g);
- dry yeast - 3 g;
- warm water - 80 ml;
- olive oil - 1 tbsp. l .;
- forest mushrooms, fried with onions - 200 g;
- sour cream - 1 tbsp. l .;
- cheese - 150 g;
- Bulgarian pepper - 2 pcs .;
- Sun-dried tomatoes;
- tomato paste - 1.5 tbsp. l .;
- salt - 1 pinch;
- sugar - 0.5 tsp;
- Italian herbs - 1 tsp;
- dried basil - 1 pinch;
- ground black pepper - 1 pinch;
- garlic - 1 clove;
- olive oil - 0.5 tbsp. l
Prepare deep dishes. Sift into it the flour, yeast and salt. Mix water and olive oil and gradually add to the resulting dry mixture. Knead the dough. It should become elastic and not stick to hands. Leave it in a warm place for about an hour.
In the tomato paste, add salt, sugar, herbs, basil, olive oil and garlic (it should be passed through the garlic). Mix thoroughly and allow the sauce to infuse.
3. We collect pizza
Make a pizza base out of dough and transfer it to a baking sheet covered with parchment. Spread the sauce evenly (thinly). Put the mushrooms, and on top make a grid of sour cream. Powder the resulting billet with grated cheese. As a decoration, use dried tomatoes and rings of bell peppers. Bake in the oven, preheated to 220 ° C, until golden brown. Sprinkle the finished dish with herbs.
